We have acted for clients in the sale and purchase of shares of a private company to an international company to take over its quarry operation which involved the sum of RM90 Million which involved cross border discussion on the terms of the sale to comply with the local regulations or practices to complete the sale to the agreement of both parties.

We have advised a Tax Accountant concerning an appeal against the assessment of real property gains tax payable for the disposal of property by trustees of the property which was allowed by the Special Commissioners of Tax.
